Max Heindel Memorial Prize and Scholarship

Max Heindel Memorial Prize is annually awarded on the basis of financial need to a student currently enrolled at an accredited public university or secondary school, recognized for his/her outstanding performance and prosocial behavior: empathy, moral values, sense of personal responsibility, etc.

Max Heindel Memorial Prize is a portuguese rosicrucian fellowship tradition and makes rosicrucian members charitable giving efficient and effective.

Rosicrucian relationship or membership is not required.

Templum Domini - The Templar Legacy

        In 2013, It was the seven hundred anniversary or The Order of The Temple Suspension. Pope Clement V (1305-1314) promulgated two papal bulls with the aim to extinguish it. One, Vox in Excelso, from 3rd April 1312, Suspends the Order…non per modum definitivae sententiae…non possemos ferre de iure, sedperviam provisionis…, which means, per non definitive sentence; The other, Ad Providam Christi Vicarii, from 2nd May of the same year and determines the hand-over of the assets to the Hospitaliers. In Portugal, The Order of the Temple survived intact. King Dinis (1261-1325) refused to persecute The Templars. In Portugal, The Order of The Temple survived intact. Safeguarded their assets and perpetuated the Order under the name of Order of Christ.

Max Heindel Memorial Scholarship and Prize

2017-2018

Max Heindel Memorial Prize for university and/or secondary student is awarded each year by the Fraternidade Rosacruz de Portugal and is supported by members and fellows and Instituto Francisco Marques Rodrigues.

Max Heindel’s Memorial Prize – 2017

Max Heindel Memorial Prize-giving ceremony will be held at the end of current November.

Max Heindel Memorial Prize was established by Fraternidade Rosacruz de Portugal, is named in honour of the Rosicrucian Fellowship Founder. The recipient of this annual award receives a cash grant as well as the Memorial Max Heindel Award.
